Vendored Tangled lexicons

Copied unchanged from tangled core (lexicons/) at commit e0ef7981d (2026-10-11), MIT License, Copyright © 2025 Anirudh Oppiliappan, Akshay Oppiliappan and contributors. Files are renamed to their lexicon id.

Only the records this project reads or emits are vendored. internal/lex holds hand-written Go types for them; internal/lex/lex_test.go checks the types against these files. To update: copy the newer files over these, run go test ./internal/lex, and fix the types the test reports.
